This is my favorite Daily Ritual

Everyday before to sleep take a time to be grateful for the experiences of the present day.


Write down your intentions for the next day. Visualize.... emotions that you would like to feel, things that you would like to do experiences that you would like to live.


Breathe and tune into that energy.


Every morning as soon as you wake up and before to go to your phone think about 5 things that you are grateful for putting your hands over your heart breathing deeply and feeling the gratitude.


And Before to start with your day take a time to read your intentions of the night before, knowing and trusting that the universe is already working to manifest all your intentions in the best way
