
Why to practice
Mindfulness therapy Yoga and meditation had change my life. And of course at the begging was hard and it took me a while to get into the routine but now with the time it helped me so much into my life that after 4 years of practicing I decided to get certificate as a Hatha Yoga Instructor and Meditation Guide, I was able to experience in first person all the benefits of this practices. I do not say that this is a one week change and your life is going to be amazing but if you practice every day at least a little and you keep it through the time, believe me you will not need anyone to tell you this because you will experience yourself.
All of my classes are regarding to the daily need of the person or group because we don't feel the same every day and our bodies are not the same either so is good to first talk see how we arrived to the class what do we want to achieve or transmute and then I have the guidance for the Affirmations of that day and how I will do the meditations during the practice
