The point of Meditation.

A while ago in one of my post Someone told me this...
Please tell me what is the point of meditation. I have been practicing for a few months... What is meant to do? Thanks.

Dear Friend, I personally believe that the point of meditations is Awareness, just allow yourself to accept the fact that the mind will wonder but we can choose to not attach to the thoughts and just observe them and let them go.
Then you bring yourself back to your breath and congratulate yourself for been aware of every time that your mind wonder and you bring it back.
It would be easier and easier every time bit you would appreciate it more and more...
With time and practice you will realize that meditation helps you to focus your attention, and that you can use for infinite things! Since clean your energy, heal your body mind and soul, receive universal guidance, find your purpose or what you want in life, to heal past experiences and wounds, to visualize your future, to find and become your greatest version, to even figure out what decisions would you like to take and how they would make you feel...
